I love Pastry and Dessert.

Doing apple filling. So we gonna cook and blend
until smooth only put into the tart. Nice smell
and cook with sugar..

Put some lemon juice on the green apple before
bake. Is to avoid apple changing color.
After bake the color still there and will be nice aroma.

Okay. Doing some thing like biscuit to have some
diffrent mouth feel and the taste of combination.
Doing smooth and sharp to have nice presentation.

And this is the finish product.
Apple Pie with Whipping cream topping and
stand with that thing. And custard with some cranberries
sauce to decoration. Sweet and sour,
nice aroma and easy to make it.
