I love Pastry and Dessert.3

Just having a new haircut.
Still thinking about what is the new
dessert gonna learn.

New dessert is gonna learn is something like
pudding and fill some orange peel and zest.
Sound nice.
And in this picture you can see that
2 picture is boiling. yeah. we are gonna do some
pulling sugar practice. That why we cook and must
cook until caramel color.

Time to bake. Put on the tray
And sent into oven bake 25minutes.

Ah Xiang is cutting zest out.

And these how we cut orange zest out.
Need skillful hand. Without the white color layer
on orange. Just eat the orange zest. You can
feel that once u bite the zest. All the juice burst
out from the zest. Is more "Orange". Haha.

Cooking sugar. Using electric stove cook.
sugar, glucose & water.

Cooking sugar.. Must be patient...

Start to practice and learn the way how
to pull sugar. Art and Beauty.
Before do the sugar artwork,
after the sugar is cook turn to caramel color.
Start to pour at the slipat fold until cold
and fold until to dough shape.
After cooling few minute. And start to do
and pull fast. is because, sugar once close
with air is easy to cold and turn hard.
Which mean still hot, must be do the shape
that you already decide.(Which from my experince.)

The 3rd picture can show that complete doing the
flower shape. By the is the failure one.
So i repeat do 3 times to more familiar on the skill.
And you can see the last picture is complete with dessert.
Nice decoration.


COMPLETE

After the dessert is finish bake.
Use the zest to make decoration
and put on the top orange zest and
grape zest. And take the
sugar artwork put beside.

And this is the best day i experince.
yeah.
